You know what's even crazier? I saw this exact photo in a local paper a day ago. Who would print that photo in a newspaper? "Look kids, here's the jumble for this week and oh my god what is that?!"
I love how the US is so uptight about showing nudity and non-watered down images of war when guts hanging out of a severed hand in the mouth of a reptile are apparently graphically acceptable.
