Download the Professional Quality scorecard above, and use MSPaint or photoshop or whatever to fill in the squares. The number is the calendar day, the color is the type of drink, the "x" is in case you went over your daily allotment on any given day, you can put your extras there. If you go over your allotment in the "x" column, then you are a mess.

Email me your scorecard the first week of November, and I'll put them up for everyone to see.
