which is better?

i prefer cholula, because the wood cap helps age the sauce.

Ugh. I guess I would take Cholula in this case.

I mostly go for habanero sauces, and of those Yucatan Sunshine is one of my favorites. It has a nice carrot flavor, and I put it on my pizza at Pizza Schmizza. They sometimes have El Yucateco at Mexican places, and that's okay. It's more heat than flavor though. Almost forgot: Secret Aardvark Sauce is a really really good locally-made hot sauce that can be found at Market of Choice & New Seasons. This comes in a squeeze bottle that is perfect for single-chip application, and oh man is this stuff good. I need to get another bottle.

I've also recently gotten into sauces made from red jalapenos, like Arizona Gunslinger. Those are kinda sweet & very tasty.

Sriracha is the best condiment ever made. Period.

Is this really a question that deserves a straight answer? I like havanero mustard on bavarian pretzels.
