The Cruise said...: It's almost like he doesn't believe what he's saying. He might be a little sarcastic at times.

But really, now is the time for us to all put aside our partisan squabbles. America is currently involved in two wars, and we should start another one against Iran, so now, more than ever, the president needs our full support.

ajparrillo said...: Opening with a Cheaney "shoot me in the face" joke just set the stage for the killing fields. Reminded me of when Mr. McHugh had me read my high school senior essay which exposed underage drinking and sex. Many just stared as if I was revealing new info...idiots. Just watch Bush's face, he cannot believe that somebody would actually stand up to his administration. He so wanted to call in a death squad.

That's a good clip too, Colbert was flopping in that room, because he was tearing them a new one. That's when it's really hard to be funny, when the crowd is giving you eye daggers.
