Dear Diary,
Yesterday, Roger Klingman told me that scientists think that in the year 2000 the average american white person will be able to buy an EEVIAC that they can actually fit inside their home! They theorize that with the current advances in vaccuum tube manufacture, a 16bit computational device could eventually be contained inside a the area of a midsize car. If this is indeed true, I really hope that my future born second son will use his personal home computational device to send me electronic mails in order to keep in touch instead of only checking NBA scores and watching grainy digital videos of skateboarders hitting their scrotums on parking meters.

Sincerely, Mr. The Cruise
